- The courses are structured but also flexible. The Diploma level consists of seven units, of which two arefocused on policy skills and five relate to the policy area. Masters level consists of 12 units, of which fourare focused on policy skills and research skills, and eight are related to the specialism, including a four unitdissertation. There is a week long field study visit, enabling comparative study of your specialist policy area. The visit currently makes use of specialist practitioner and academic contacts in Amsterdam, Dortmund and Barcelona
