Program Description:

The course is in two parts: the first is a taught research methods unit which will prepare you for the task ofproducing an extended piece of legal writing. This unit may be taken as a five day intensive course or as aone semester course, with attendance at weekly three hour classes. The second part of the course,following successful completion of the Research Methods unit, is the Dissertation unit. Here, you have the opportunity to undertake supervised research in a specific and agreed area of law
