Program Description:

The Online MBA in Ethical Leadership allows students to interact with a small cohort of students and their faculty online on a regular basis. This flexible program still allows you to build close working relationahsip and share ideas with other professionals. You will discover how to achieve business goals and simultaneously sustain leadership integrity. Decision making skills will be strengthened, expanded, practiced, and tested through national competitions and simulation models. You will employ quality theories, leverage resource factors, and integrate business strategy changes relative to contemporary business environment. Student who would benefit most from this program would be busy working professionals interested in advancing their career options to the next level, undergraduate students who intend to continue their studies at the graduate level to increase their employability in the competitive job market, and students desiring to qualify for certification in accounting. A prospective MBA student can enter the program from a wide variety of undergraduate degree programs and does not have to possess a business-related undergraduate degree to qualify for admissions. Student who have undergraduate degrees unrelated to business can achieve the fundamentals of business by successfully accomplishing the online course BSAD 5300 Fundamentals of Business I (Marketing, Management, and Economics) and/or BSAD 5310 Fundamentals of Business II (Accounting, Finance, and Statistics). The courses may be taken concurrently. The two course series is also helpful for students with business undergraduate degrees who have been away from academics for an extended period and wish to refresh their fundamental knowledge of business. Requirements for the program include a 3.00 GPA or above in your undergraduate degree. Students must also meet the foundation course requirements or plan to take the foundation courses during their first semester. A set three classes will be offered each semester, with no capstone requirement so students can start in any semester. Courses are offered in the fall and spring, and the program is completed in four semesters (two years). All work is done online so students must have a computer with a webcam and internet connection.

- Submit online application with essay and $25.00 application fee - Hold a Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college/ university or an approved international university - Send ALL official transcripts for all college work, regardless of credit earned - Have a 3.00 or higher GPA on undergraduate coursework - Provide 3 letters of recommendation using the online form - Submit a professional resume Applicants without a business-related degree may be required to complete BSAD 5300/5310 as the first course. A review of transcripts and coursework will be completed as part of the admission decision process. Applicants not meeting the above requirements may be admitted on provisional status.
