Program Description:

The Department of Filmmaking is committed to the production and study of innovative uses of the film medium. Through technical workshops, screening of contemporary and historical film works, critical readings, and in-depth critique of students' work, the filmmaking department encourages students to embrace every phase of film production from conception to final print as an opportunity to challenge conventions and as an entry point for the creative process.
