Program Description:

SBGI offers two unique specialties-online-within the field of Clinical Psychology: Somatic Psychology and Prenatal and Infant Psychology. (Note: We also offer an on-campus program, featuring monthly classes.) Our distance programs require two one-week sessions per year on campus with the balance on-line and a separate professional specialty requirement. These Professional Specialty Programs allow students to pursue in-depth study in an approved professional certificate program, such as the Embodied Psychotherapy Certificate Program at the Esalen Institute, Big Sur, California, The New York Open Center or the Pre- and Perinatal certificate (on line).
