Program Description:

The Program consists of two years of interdisciplinary study. In each year, students will focus on "real world" problem solving projects grounded in a rigorous theoretical understanding of the nature of modern learning organizations and the changing role of leadership within them. As a program designed to attract mid-career school based educators and public and private sector professionals working in learning/training environments, the MA in Leadership and Training at Royal Roads University will be innovative in two significant ways. First the program will be structured on the basis of two intensive five week residency periods, followed by distance formatted learning.
