Program Description:

The Master of Science in Leadership is designed for students who seek to acquire or update dynamic leadership skills that can create high performance organizations. This program will prepare you to address the challenges that organizations are likely to face in the globalized, technological world of the 21st century. You will apply new paradigms, techniques and methods to promote creativity, innovation, improvisation and adaptation. Leadership skills acquired from the curriculum include communication, accountability, inclusive excellence leadership and strategic leadership.

The program is offered as a hybrid or fully-online curriculum, with classes offered at our downtown Providence campus. The curriculum emphasizes coursework that is directly applicable to professionals in topics such as negotiation strategies, budgeting, organizational performance, and more.
