Program Description:
The course begins by introducing students to core historical, philosophical, legal, sociological and theological debates in human rights. At the same time, you will be exposed to the latest methods in human rights research, equipping you with the foundations to carry out your own research as a skilled professional in the world of human rights promotion and protection. In the second term, students are able to take a variety of courses. For those that wish to take up an internship as part of their course, a dedicated Placements Officer offers support in identifying a placement with a London-based human rights organisation. At the same time, you will be exposed to the latest developments in human rights research through Crucible’s programme of events and activities.
