Program Description:

The course develops interpersonal skills necessary for effective project management. The course also develops judgmental, managerial and leadership abilities based on the student's knowledge and experience gained in first degrees and/or work experience in the built environment and related professional disciplines. The course is suitable for Construction and Property professionals and other disciplines related to construction. The course forms part of the PgDip/MSc in Construction and Property Management. Students who wish to continue can progress to the MSc.
