- Pepperdine provides a 30 unit combined masters degree and credential program that can be completed in eleven months and is designed to prepare leaders who are capable of and committed to the personal, professional, and organizational transformation necessary to create and lead schools that work for everyone in our diverse society.Pepperdine also provides an Ed.D. program in Educational Leadership, Administration, and Policy that is intended for policy-makers and K-12, pre-K, and adult education administrators nationwide. This highly innovative program uses sophisticated methods of inquiry and analysis to address issues of professional practice and, at no additional cost, meets the CA Professional Clear Administrative Credential requirements for those who are eligible. Classes are held once a month on weekends so those living outside of the Los Angeles area are encouraged to apply.
