1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Physics or a closely related discipline. Normally a 3.0/4.0 GPA is the minimum acceptable grade point average;
2. General Graduate Records Examination is required. The Physics Subject Test is strongly recommended;
3. Three letters of reference are normally required.
