The framework for the program, Teachers as Reflective Educational Leaders, comprises a standards-driven, research based, reflective leadership development approach through which teachers and other school personnel develop the knowledge, skills and dispositions deemed essential for the effective education professional. Ohio Dominican is committed to meeting the ever-increasing demand for highly qualified teachers. ODU listens to teachers, principles, and school district personnel, and offers programs to meet the changing needs of teachers through innovation, creativity, adaptation and partnerships.
