Program Description:
The MEd in Teacher Leadership is a joint offering between the Department of Teacher Development and Educational Studies, and the Department of Educational Leadership. The program empowers you to become a leader committed to making schools culturally relevant, just and supportive leaving environments that maintain high expectations for all students. You'll develop your leadership skills through sound theoretical and "best practice" knowledge, problem-based coursework and field-based experiences. You'll work collaboratively and independently within your cohort for a period of two years, utilizing your classroom and school as learning laboratories.
