The Northwest Nazarene University School Counseling emphasis area is designed to prepare the individual to plan and deliver a comprehensive school counseling program founded on a broad base of knowledge and practical skills and based upon the ASCA National Standards. Communication and consultation skills, as well as technology, multicultural counseling, and program evaluation are emphasized in the program.
