Program Description:

Training in the area of industrial and organizational psychology combines basic psychological theory and research with the opportunity to develop skills as an applied psychologist. The program is designed to prepare students for traditional academic careers in teaching and research or for employment in a variety of nonacademic settings, including business and private consulting.
