Program Description:

Purpose of the programme: The objective of the European Business Law Study Programme is to prepare highly qualified business law specialists oriented towards consulting transnational and/or pan-European business and/or its establishment, who have adequate theoretical and practical knowledge of European business law, have the knowledge of the newest European business topicalities and development tendencies, business operation forms, who are able to apply acquired knowledge in solving business-related practical situations (business start-ups, operation, development, reorganization, winding-up, etc.), assess various legal processes related to international business contracts, and who are able to offer businesses expeditious and effective solutions of relevant legal issues.

Requirements:

Persons who have acquired a bachelor’s degree in law at university may enrol in the European Business Law Master’s programme. English language proficiency - the level not lower than B2 (following the Common Framework of Reference for Language approved by the Council of Europe). Distant English language level test is organized for those, who do not have IELTS or TOEFL certificates.
