- Mount Saint Vincent University is the only university in Atlantic Canada to offer a graduate degree in Child and Youth Study. The Master of Arts in Child and Youth Study offers a comprehensive and flexible academic program which enables students to focus on early childhood/child care administration, special needs or adolescence. The MA (CYS) is intended for child and youth professionals who work in a wide range of settings and who wish to pursue further study and enhance their professional credentials.
