- The expanding human footprint shapes our 21st century global challenges, eroding the natural environment, producing significant resource constraints and impacting human security. This new context demands innovative ideas and solutions. Our MBA programs offer three tracks to prepare you for your future career: -Resilient Business Management -Social Enterprise & Finance -Corporate Risk Management & Compliance To complete the program, you may choose from the following program options: 12-month (One-Year) MBA Program: For students with four-year U.S. bachelor's degrees (or equivalent) in business and at least two years of experience. Two Year MBA Program: For students from non-business backgrounds, who are looking to transition to and launch their international business careers. Peace Corps Master's International MBA: For students who would like to earn their MBA and serve in the Peace Corps. You will attend two or three semesters on campus in Monterey, California and then return to campus following your 27 month Peace Corps service. Joint MBA/ MA in International Environmental Policy: For students who are passionate about environmental and sustainable business. Joint MBA/ MA in International Policy and Development: For students who want to specialize in and attain leadership positions within the fields of international development and trade.
