Program Description:

With all the technological changes in the US and around the world, America's workforce is returning to school. Colleges and universities need qualified professionals to administrate numerous services. The Master in Leadership Higher Ed Administration degree prepares the graduate for that career. With the MLHEA, students have courses in higher ed law, history, administration as well as numerous courses in leadership. MLHEA students do a year-long research project incorporated into their course-work. This real-world experience helps the student connect to existing higher-ed programs. Additionally, the student will work with a mentor in their career field for encouragement and advice regarding professional decisions and career networking.
