Program Description:

The purpose of the Ph.D. program is to engage students in advanced academic studies, normally in preparation for an academic career. The Faculty of Religious Studies offers specialization in the following areas: Hebrew Bible / Old Testament, New Testament, Greco-Roman Judaism, Church History, Christian Theology, Religious Ethics, Philosophy of Religion, Hinduism, and Buddhism.
