There is a need for leadership today that can forge new teams to achieve together what no single individual can accomplish without the input and support of others. And that's where the real challenges to organizational leadership will be in the twenty-first century - building a socially responsible foundation for critical lifelong leadership skills, which will become more poignant as one's career develops over time. The Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania is an online program for providing advanced knowledge and enhanced leadership skills across a wide spectrum of disciplines and organizational settings. This interdisciplinary program allows students to enhance their knowledge about leadership and the organizational environment, applying leadership skills in real-world settings. This program focuses on the theoretical foundations of leadership and develops practical skills for emerging leaders working in local, regional, national and international organizations.
