Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology at LSU follows the scientist-practitioner model. Balanced training between personnel topics (e.g., selection, training,performance appraisal) and organizational topics (e.g., leadership, motivation,organizational development) is offered. Students engage in course work, research, statistics, and content in I/O.
