Program Overview
- Program Description:
- The MSc involves a combination of courses in the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group, taken alongside students on the Group's other MSc programmes, and courses on research methods provided by the School's Methodology Institute. The degree can be taken as a free-standing one year programme. It also serves as the entry year to the Group's doctoral programme. If you intend to follow this route you should state this in your application, with a brief indication of your likely field of doctoral research. If you achieve the MSc with merit – and select a research topic which we feel able to supervise – you may proceed directly to PhD registration. Currently the Group is able to nominate one UK/EU applicant for the ESRC 1+3 studentship competition. The MSc involves a combination of courses in industrial relations, taken alongside students on the Department's other MSc programmes, and courses on research methods provided by the School's Methodology Institute. It is completed with a 10,000 word research dissertation.

- IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL 627
