Program Description:

The Master of Science in Nursing program will be offered at Lenoir-Rhyne Univeristy in Hickory as well as the Center for Graduate Studies of Asheville and is available with a track in Education or Administration. The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) offers two concentrations to prepare students for either educating future professionals in nursing or administration within the profession. The MSN Administration concentration is designed to prepare students in nursing administration to address the health care delivery system and anticipate the healthcare needs for which nurses will provide leadership roles. The MSN Education concentration is designed to prepare graduate students in nursing education to address gaps of nurse educators caused by growing healthcare needs.
