Program Description:
MA in Archaeology and History of Art program (ARHA) is an interdisciplinary masters program whose primary goal is to provide an in-depth education in the history of art and architecture, archaeology, and cultural heritage of the lands which comprise present day Turkey. The program offers concentrated studies in Archaeology and Archaeological Sciences or Cultural Heritage Management and Museum Studies or History of Art or Late Antique and Byzantine Studies. The ARHA Master's Program is closely linked to the university's Anatolian Civilizations Institute located in the Beyoglu district of Istanbul. Graduate students in the ARHA program benefit from the expertise of the permanent faculty and visiting guest lecturers at Koc University as well as junior and senior fellows who are in residence at the Anatolian Civilizations Institute.
