Application deadlines are: November 1 for spring admission, April 1 for summer admission and July 1 for fall admission. Completion of this program leads to eligibility for fifth-year (master’s) teacher certification in instructional leadership.
An overall GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale on all course work attempted is required for this program.
Successful completion of the appropriate Praxis II examination is required before taking Internship, IL 566 and IL 576.
Experience verification from the applicant’s school system or systems showing three years of full-time teaching experience is required prior to admission to the program.
