- In addition to core business courses with a focus on quantitative problem solving, the MBA trains young professionals to be future top managers with courses in theory and practice: operations and project management, leadership and organizational behavior, global entrepreneurship and venture initiation, strategic financial management and corporate social responsibility. The MBA provides a comprehensive introduction to today’s global business environment: what are the key challenges facing companies? How are businesses successful at an international level? Why are business ethics and social responsibility crucial? Key benefits of the MBA include: learning in a dynamic environment with a multicultural student body and faculty with “real world” experience; providing practical skills to advance personal and professional goals; exploring the latest business theories and practices; gaining insight into global businesses, their management and operations. The MBA is comprised of 14 courses taken over one year in the evenings. MBA graduates have gone on to executive positions in multinationals, family businesses, international organizations and governments.

- Requirements:
- The International University in Geneva welcomes applications from graduate candidates who wish to continue their studies directly following the completion of their undergraduate degree, or following a period of acquired work experience. The International University in Geneva offers five different Masters: Master of Business Administration, Master in International Business, Master of Arts in Media and Communication, Master in International Trade Relations, Master in International Relations. There is no minimum work experience requirement for the Post Graduate Program but all applicants must hold an undergraduate degree from a recognized university. Applicants are selected based on previous academic excellence, intellectual ability, capacity for academic achievement, international outlook and interpersonal qualifications that suggest strong leadership potential.

- Students applying to the IUG graduate program must submit the following: A completed application form Official Transcripts of all undergraduate programs attended certified in English A certified copy of an undergraduate degree (in English) A minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.7 A minimum score of 80 (Internet based test) or 213 (computer based test) on the TOEFL test or another equivalent English proficiency test.
