- The Institute for Housing and Urban Development Studies (IHS) offers each year Master's degree programmes for practising professionals working in local government, regional agencies, ministries, the private sector or academic institutions. The programmes aim to prepare professionals for urban housing, urban environment and urban management responsibilities in the higher management positions. The international scope of the programmes - reflected in concepts, theories, case studies and international visits - provides a context for addressing fluctuating factors and tools to implement positive change. IHS is associated with the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands, based on the Erasmus Campus.
