Program Overview

Program Description:
The Institute for Clinical Social Work, established in 1981, was developed by leading clinicians and scholars to fill the gap in clinical education. Our focus is on clinical practice in our classes, in our research, and in our unique practicum program, allowing students to meet individually with our exceptional faculty to advance their clinical and research skills. Our psychodynamic perspective applies to a broad range of practice settings. We also have other programs to promote your professional growth. Our Advanced Clinical Practice Program and continuing education programs offer the highest quality educational experiences in a less intensive format.
We now offer a distance learning PhD program.
