Program Description:

The MS in Innovative Leadership is an interdisciplinary degree with a common core of courses that focus on key skills applicable to all kinds of organizations. In your first year, you’ll be in classes with nurses, teachers and other students from a wide variety of backgrounds in business, not-for-profit organizations, the military and government. In your second year of study, you’ll take courses specific to the track you’ve selected – business, education or nursing. The Grand View faculty who lead your classes are experts in their fields, engaged in teaching, research and practice. So you’ll experience the personal satisfaction and creative insights that come from active engagement with both students and faculty who have experience in multiple organizations, positions and sectors. You’ll develop a rich perspective on common organizational challenges that are more similar than different.
