- The John Jay School of Diplomacy and International Affairs in the Euclid University Consortium offers low-tuition no-residency graduate and postgraduate programs (MDIA, Ph.D.) whose primary goal is to prepare students for careers with intergovernmental organizations. The institution is under the High Stewardship of Ambassador E. Touaboy (Washington, DC). Special scholarships are available to OIC member-state residents. This program also trains diplomats for participating governments.
