Program Description:

The EHL Junior Academy offers a variety of programs for international students who want to get a taste of the EHL experience and explore career options in hospitality, tourism, entertainment, luxury brands, high tech, and much more. The camps blend interactive workshops that develop business knowledge and soft skills with fun activities for social and personal development. The sessions are offered in three locations and online, each with a unique focus. You can also choose to combine several of these courses for a global preparation for future studies and careers.

 

Hospitality in a Digital World – EHL Virtual Campus (100% Online)

This online program prepares you to learn and interact in digital environments. Through live sessions and group projects, you will discover the latest trends in technology while developing digital-savvy skills for online collaboration, communications, and social media.

Hospitality business and innovation – EHL Campus Lausanne, Switzerland

Get to know the business side of hospitality management and develop valuable soft skills for university admissions and international careers. You will have a chance to explore the basic hotel operations and get creative in a professional kitchen. You will also enjoy a tour of Lausanne, a vineyard visit, and participate in planning a gala dinner to celebrate with your fellow participants.

Culinary Arts – EHL Campus Passugg, Switzerland

Enjoy an immersive summer camp experience with this well-balanced program that offers the perfect blend of fun and learning. In the mornings, you will get busy in the kitchen with hands-on culinary classes to learn the basic techniques and explore the latest trends. In the afternoons, you will have exciting outdoor adventures and social activities in the beautiful Swiss Alps.

International Hospitality & Luxury Brand Management – EHL Campus (Singapore)

Do you love food, shopping, and big-city adventures? The Singapore campus allows you to experience Asia’s greenest metropolis, home to a diverse mix of cultures and futuristic trends. You will learn how Singapore attracts multinational companies with high-tech advances in business and sustainable development, enjoy the refined food and tourism offers in Asia, and meet with EHL alumni and students.

Admissions Advantage:

Academy participants benefit from first-hand coaching by the admission team and receive tips to best prepare their application to the Bachelor’s Degree. Participants who apply to EHL’s bachelor’s degree will be exempted from the application fee and the online interview, which are done during the Academy.
