We wish to develop and extend your social competence. For this purpose, we orientate ourselves by the requirements profile for internationally operative managers. As well as communicating application-related knowledge, we therefore support your professional and social skills to the same extent as your societal and cultural sensitivity and your courage to provide fact-based, well substantiated opinions. You learn to process all personal, business and societal tasks creatively, independently and successfully, using the analytical competence you have gained. You acquire the important capabilities and knowledge which shape your professional career in management and are capable of handling it efficiently and therefore successfully and responsibly.

This degree course is aimed at students who are looking for a solid business studies degree course for their vocational future within the global work market. As well as classical economics subjects, you will study the Bachelor of Arts in International Business with a high practical affinity and in work market orientated core subjects. You will be taught wide-ranging competencies in a specialist subject of your choice, which you can deepen during an obligatory semester abroad, making you stand out from other applicants.
