Program Description:

Our British Columbia M.Ed. in Leadership and School Counselling program is designed specifically for Canadian educators who wish to become school counsellors in the BC public or private school system without interrupting their career. If you work in education in British Columbia and seek advancement without giving up your day job, this program is perfect for you. Our program will prepare you to become a more efficient classroom manager, school-based team leader, and school counsellor. Upon completion of the program, you will have gained the skills and knowledge necessary for: effective leadership; child and adolescent individual counselling; group counselling; multi-dimensional assessment of learning and child development; conflict resolution; and evaluation of education programs.
