The objectives of the Department are to educate students about the food and nutrition and also to produce competent specialists who are able to promote better health through nutrition and contribute to the academic development of food and nutritional science. The curriculum is composed of several areas such as food science, nutrition science, institutional meal management and the basic subjects.
