This course aims to enable students to analyse and evaluate the place of industrial relations in society. It provides a depth of study of Australian industrial relations relevant to the needs of teaching and for professionals in the industrial relations arena. The course provides an international context for students to analyse and evaluate theories and practices of Australian industrial relations. The dissertation provides students with the opportunity to hone and develop their research skills within the industrial relations context.
