Now that your application is in, you’re probably wondering what comes next.

Think of your StudyAbroad.com advisor as your personal study abroad assistant—we’re here to help you every step of the way!
Once we review your application, you’ll receive an email inviting you to set up a call with a StudyAbroad.com advisor. Your advisor will work with you to confirm the details of your application and begin the enrollment process. If you haven’t already, you’ll also pay your $95 USD application fee.
Once you confirm your application details and course selections, you’re ready to begin enrollment! You’ll fill out our enrollment form and pay your $1,000 USD deposit. This deposit secures your enrollment and is deducted from your full program fee.
Your StudyAbroad.com advisor will submit your enrollment to the Host Institution abroad, and once accepted, you will receive an email confirmation of your acceptance into the program. You will then work with your StudyAbroad.com advisor to complete any other necessary enrollment tasks for your specific program.
We’ll work with you on securing your housing, course enrollment, and all the travel logistics to ensure everything is ready before you depart. Your full program fee will be due approximately 2 months before your program start date, and you will have a pre-departure call with your StudyAbroad.com advisor to talk through all the details of your study abroad experience!
Upon arrival, the Host Institution’s team will welcome you and provide ongoing support throughout your study abroad program. Be sure to take part in cultural excursions, social events, and on-campus activities to make the most of your time abroad!
After an unforgettable experience, you’ll come back with new perspectives, lifelong connections, and valuable skills that enhance your academic and career prospects!
The following items are not included in our program fee and you should plan to cover these costs. Your StudyAbroad.com advisor will still be able to assist you and answer any questions!
Costs, inclusions, and exclusions should be verified during your enrollment process and are subject to changes, updates, or clarification based on the program destination. Please wait until after acceptance and you have received the confirmed dates to book any flights!
