UCLA is on track to have the most Gilman Scholarship winners in a single year. Last year 18 students were awarded Gilman Scholarships and so far just in the fall that mark has been tied with the spring semester yet to go.

The Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarship

are based on need and merit for students looking to study abroad outside of Western Europe and Australia.
