From a post World War II rebuilding perspective with an economics professor this story begins. Add 17 students and some used bicycles from the Royal Air Force and set out to ride across the English countyside crossing the Channel to visit Belgium and France.
Over the years Arcadia University has grown into a leader in the study abroad world and offers real global options to students from freshman year to graduate programs. Currently, Arcadia sends over 3,000 students to 100 different programs around the world.

It is amazing to think that a little school from the Philly area is a leader in study abroad. DO they have freshman programs?

Yes they do. Arcadia offers programs to undergrad and grad students.

I was lucky enough to see David accept an award at the Forum Conference this year for all of his work and contributions to the field.
